What We Don’t Do

To maintain a clean, non-destructive approach, ClearWave does not provide the following services:

• In-wall or in-ceiling wiring

• Electrical work of any kind

• Structural modifications

• Drywall cutting, patching, or repair

• Permit-required construction

• Work requiring a licensed contractor or electrician

If licensed work is needed, we’re happy to assist in a planning or coordination role.

Our Non-Destructive Standard

All ClearWave services are designed to avoid permanent changes to your home.

This means we do not cut into walls, ceilings, or floors, and we do not alter electrical systems. Installations rely on existing access points, mounting locations, and power sources.

Existing Conditions & Limitations

Service outcomes may be influenced by existing conditions such as wiring quality, network layout, building materials, and device compatibility.

If limitations are discovered during a visit, we’ll explain the situation clearly and discuss available options within our scope.

Equipment & Compatibility

ClearWave works with both customer-provided and recommended equipment, as long as it is compatible with non-destructive installation.

We do not modify equipment or perform destructive work to force compatibility. For more detail, please review our Equipment Policy.

Safety & Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas, including clear pathways, stable mounting locations, and accessible power outlets.

ClearWave may decline or pause work if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

Scope Changes

If additional work is requested during a visit, we’ll confirm availability, scope, and pricing before proceeding.

Any work outside the original scope may require additional time or scheduling.

Clear Expectations Lead to Better Outcomes

Our service scope exists to protect the quality of our work and your experience.

If you ever have questions about what’s included, we’re always happy to talk it through.
